Transitioning from in-house to agency, I quickly established myself at Designit by leading design projects. From conceptual design discoveries with The National Fostering Group through to technical, end-to-end secondments with the likes of Apple and Aviva, I help clients bring ambitious ideas to life. Beyond project delivery, I partner with the business development team on new opportunities and lead an internal academy to sharpen our team's craft, confidence, and tooling.
Lifted
Delivering solutions for an actively operating care company, I designed a feature rich and nurturing app for families. Mirroring this I created a rewarding and compliant carer app with the first in-app onboarding and engagement experience of its kind. My concepts and design pitches have helped Lifted on their way to £6m in funding and a Laing Buisson award for innovation in care.
GameStake
Created eye-catching iOS patterns for a disruptive play-to-earn gaming start up. In addition to designing the signup flow and brand dashboard for campaign configuration I gained new experience unifying the in-game heads-up-display and creating an experience point system to drive up the average time spent per user. Bolstered by prize integrations with Amazon and Uber.

Helping an emerging digital agency to win at The Essex Business Awards by creating conversion focused designs that remove pain points to foster the trust of the target audience on the way to a sale.
The Access Group
Worked in an ‘agency style’ central team focused on delivering unified product and widget designs to 10 varying industry divisions. My main focus was to apply unified components and motifs to increase cross-selling between products. I was the Design Lead for innovative on-demand wage withdrawal app ‘EarlyPay’ for iOS and Android.
